The TokTales website introduces storytelling services and lets you send a consultation enquiry.

Your enquiry details

When you submit the form, your name, email, telephone number, segment, optional organisation and programme details, and brief are sent to our server and emailed to hello@toktales.com. We use these details to respond to your enquiry. The website does not maintain a separate enquiry database.

TokTales retains enquiries in its email system for correspondence. To ask about your details or request their deletion, email hello@toktales.com. Please avoid including sensitive personal information or identifying details about children in an initial programme brief.

External websites & fonts

YouTube, LinkedIn and StoryFest links lead to external websites with their own privacy practices. The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which may receive technical request information from your browser. There are no advertising or analytics scripts or embedded video players in this version.

Hosting

The hosting provider may process standard technical access logs when the website is deployed. The form uses a temporary session cookie to validate the security code and prevent forged submissions. It is not used for advertising. Security checks may temporarily store a hashed network identifier and attempt timestamps to limit repeated submissions. No enquiry content is stored in these temporary files.
